Custom European Plates (CEP) is a company to be modeled after. If more companies did what these guys do e-commerce would be a great place. From ordering to product delivery each step of production, packaging, delivery, installation, invoicing, product satisfaction was communicated. The business tools they use to do this are clear and effective. As far as the product purchased, love it! If I had any constructive criticism it would be to improve the plastic material used in the included mounting plate. The feel is a little soft and cheap. To be fair this is a piece included with plate purchase. They do offer more expensive options.
